Adult education means the teaching and educating adults of 18 years and above. Adults apply their knowledge in practical to learn effectively. But we see that adult education is missed in school teaching programme and there is no part-time general or vocational education to the younger adults. In the absence & neglecting adult education to all galls and guys, there are always risks of sexual activity.

Teens actually have many questions rather than going to their parents, teachers. They discuss with their friends and gets wrong information. It is better to educate all teens 18 and above so that they could know how to protect themselves.
